Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, how CrewD uses them, and the choices you have. It applies to the CrewD website and waitlist, and reflects the services we currently run in production.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to remember your preferences, and to provide information to the site owners about how the site is being used. We also use similar technologies such as pixels and local storage, which we refer to collectively as "cookies" in this policy.
Which cookies CrewD uses
We group the cookies and similar technologies we use into the following categories:
- Essential cookies — required for the website to function, such as remembering your cookie preferences, keeping the site secure and enabling core features. These are always active and do not require consent.
- Functional cookies — where applicable, these remember choices you make (such as preferences and settings) to provide a more personalised experience.
- Analytics cookies — set through Google Analytics (GA4) to measure website usage, traffic, user behaviour and overall performance so we can improve the platform. These are only activated after you provide consent where legally required.
- Marketing / Advertising cookies — set through the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure ad performance, attribution and conversions, and to support remarketing. These are only activated after you provide consent where legally required.
Consent
Essential cookies are always on. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel cookies are blocked until you grant consent for the relevant category (Analytics or Marketing) through our cookie banner, where legally required. You can accept all cookies, reject all non-essential cookies, or choose specific categories.

Third parties
When you consent to analytics or marketing cookies, information may be shared with Google and Meta for the purposes described above, in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
